    Job Title: Account Executive/Marketing/Sales
    Status: Open until filled
    Job Location: US-VA-Falls Church

    Overview: Position is responsible for increasing current account volume, prospecting and maintaining new accounts; must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development and account management skills are required for this position. 3+ years sales, ideally in the janitorial industry with a BA or BS degree in business management preferred. Position requires routine travel.


    • Pro-actively develop client contacts and sales opportunities.
    • Manage and grow customer base within assigned individual sales territory in order to achieve a given monthly sales quota.
    • Respond to inquires from prospective and existing clients about LT Services, Inc.
    • Conduct Market research on prospective and existing clients.
    • Prepare sales and marketing proposals and presentations.
    • Participate in trade shows and other lead-generating events.
    • Commission structure based on individual performance.
    • Development & preparation of RFPs/RFQs/RFIs responses, qualification statement and presentations.
    • Provide support & research & distribution of business development leads.
    • Will report directly to President.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
    • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of the business sales process for services and products.
    • Proven customer service orientation and closing skills.
    • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and a professional phone demeanor with analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
    • Record of accomplishment in meeting individual and group professional goals. Upbeat, high energy, self-motivated individual.
    • Needs to be flexible and creative with sales strategy and telemarketing/cold calling/prospecting/networking.
    • Knowledge of FAR & Government procurement procedures
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet.

    Job Title: Project Manager
    Status: Open until filled
    Job Location: US-VA-Falls Church

    Overview: Minimum of 3 years of janitorial and management experience with English proficiency. Provide management direction, ensuring smooth operation to assigned project as according to contract. Personnel training and supervision, prepare periodic work schedule, quality control. Project manager serves as company representative and liaison with prime client. Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.


    • Manage the custodial services activities including training, procurement, and personnel management; provides technical expertise in custodial areas
    • Perform the planning and develops strategies to accomplish the unit’s mission, and manages the project cleaning work activities.
    • Implement cleaning and housekeeping strategies that will achieve overall success in accomplishing desired quality performance standards.
    • Supervise and coordinates activities of any contractors engaged in custodial related services.
    • Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
    • Provide information, resolves problems, and trains customers on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.
    • Administer the operating budget, operations, verifies and approves invoices for payment.
    • Provide administrative, customer service, and technical training for department employees.
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned .

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified .
    • Knowledge of all aspect of custodial services.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standard.
    • Knowledge of management principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of specified products and equipments related to custodial services.
    • Skills in budget preparation and fiscal management.
    • Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in an area of specialty.
    • Ability to maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
    • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
    • Strategic planning skills.
    • Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
    • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
    • Ability to provide technical guidance and training to end users.
