Job Title: Account Executive/Marketing/Sales

Status: Open until filled Job Location: US-VA-Falls Church

Overview:

Position is responsible for increasing current account volume, prospecting and maintaining new accounts; must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development and account management skills are required for this position. 3+ years sales, ideally in the janitorial industry with a BA or BS degree in business management preferred. Position requires routine travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales opportunities and meet monthly quotas within assigned territory.
  • Respond to inquiries and conduct market research on prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
  • Support business development through lead research and distribution.
  • Report directly to the President.
  • Compensation based on individual performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proven customer service and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with the sales process for services/products and government procurement (FAR).
  • Ability to meet professional goals, with a flexible and creative approach to sales, telemarketing, cold calling, and networking.
  • Report directly to the President.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet applications.

Job Title: Project Manager

Status: Open until filled Job Location: US-VA-Falls Church

Overview:

Minimum of 3 years of janitorial and management experience with English proficiency. Provide management direction, ensuring smooth operation to assigned project as according to contract. Personnel training and supervision, prepare periodic work schedule, quality control. Project manager serves as company representative and liaison with prime client. Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage custodial services, including training, procurement, personnel, and contractor coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet quality performance standards and accomplish project cleaning goals.
  • Supervise personnel, allocate work, resolve issues, evaluate performance, and recommend actions to ensure productivity.
  • Provide customer service, resolve problems, and train clients on products and services to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administer budgets, approve invoices, maintain operational records, and implement systems for efficiency.
  • Provide administrative, customer service, and technical training for department employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience and expertise in custodial services.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and knowledge of custodial products, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Proficient in budget preparation, fiscal management, and coordinating quality assurance programs.
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and strategic planning, with knowledge of organizational workflows and operating procedures.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints, provide technical guidance, and train staff on customer service and invoicing procedures.
  • Experience supervising, training, and developing employees while fostering a cooperative work environment.
