    What is BSCAI?
    Founded in 1965, BSCAI has been the international leader in building service contracting for over 33 years. When a contractor joins BSCAI, the contractor demonstrates its desire to provide outstanding service to YOU, the customer. BSCAI contractors are kept up to date on management techniques, and so much more. A BSCAI contractor is a leader in the industry. When you contract with a BSCAI member, you can expect quality service and professionalism. You'll get the piece of mind that you deserve at a competitive rate.

    BSCAI members have a wide range of responsibilities. Some provide total building services such as maintenance, security, pest control, maintenance engineering, plant leasing and maintenance, and grounds maintenance. Others are highly specialized in one or a few particular services.

    BSCAI members are professionals who actively seek to further the image of the building service industry. These professionals strive to provide your building with well-trained cleaning personnel and to use effective techniques for estimating your building supplies and labor needs. BSCAI members adhere to the following Code of Ethics, which advocates professionalism and fair business practice among cleaning contractors.

    AOBA/BOMA

    The Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) is the leading membership organization representing commercial and multi-family residential real estate in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Formed in 1974 by a merger of the Apartment House Council and the Building Owners and Managers Association, AOBA's mission is to protect and enhance the value of its members investments through effective leadership and advocacy, dissemination of information, and professional development.

    AOBA is composed of organizations that own and/or manage commercial and multi-family residential properties, as well as companies who provide products and services to the real estate industry. The current combined portfolio of AOBA's membership is over 145 million square feet of office space, and 185,000 residential apartment homes in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

    For the Metropolitan Washington Area, AOBA is the local federated chapter of the International Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). This affiliation means that AOBA members are represented on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies, and have access to national designation programs and forums for networking with industry peers across the country.

    AOBA is the exclusive organization where industry leaders form a collective voice on legislative and regulatory issues affecting their investments.     The Clean Trust Certified - IICRC

    The Clean Trust Certified (IICRC) has served as the Industry Guardian for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries for more than 30 years.As a non-profit certification organization, the IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.     LT participates in a Special Training Program provided for custodial professionals by the Clean Trust Certified (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration) (IICRC). LT is certified with the IICRC. Each year, we select three outstanding On-Site Supervisors and award them with fully paid tuition, boarding and travel to attend the IICRC certification program. LTís employees currently have IICRC certifications on the followings:
